WhatsApp iOS Beta Update Coming With Search Bar Settings Feature

WhatsApp for iOS will be coming with a new feature that will make it very easy for users to navigate the settings section on the iOS version of the app coming on the latest beta release.

Those running WhatsApp for iOS beta version 23.4.0.73 will be able to access the new search bar settings. The option can be accessed from the user's profile image on the settings page, or you can simply type the "Photo" keyword to see the settings options under Storage and Data Privacy (for their profile photo).

Furthermore, you can type in "Notification" to see the settings related to chat and group chat notifications sound and vibration options. Those who will benefit from the feature will most likely be elderly users or new users because now instead of looking for the settings menu, you can just search for it.

In other news, WhatsApp has begun testing the ability to report status updates on WhatsApp for iOS beta version 23.4.0.74. So when users see a status update that violates the WhatsApp Terms of Service, they can report it for moderation by WhatsApp, as per their privacy policy.
