How to Check Airpods 1/2 Battery Life on Android (Working 2019)
Airpods are designed to work on iOS devices like iPhone and iPad, but does this mean Android users cannot use the device? Airpods uses Bluetooth to connect the Pods to the smartphone, so why not. Apple Airpods 2 doesn't have all the functionality the iPhone has when using the device such as custom settings for the L and R, and also check the battery life in the popup, so I will guide you through the steps shared on this article.
Apple Airpods looks cool in its design and it has great features, I have always wanted to have one. Looking at its features and how comfortable it is, you'll know Apple Airpods is worth purchasing. Not knowing the battery life of the Airpod 2 and also the power bank is a big issue because this means even when they are low, you might not know until they are dead. The Airpods show some Led lights which might not be easy to understand expect you observe it for a long time or head to YouTube to see some tips. So why don't we make use of an Android app which offers the Popup battery details on your phone screen for free?
Airbattery is the app's name, this Android app was designed specifically for the Apple Airpods 2, 1 and your Beats by Dr. Dre (Gen 3). I have tested this app and it didn't work, but it seems like the latest version of the application is the issue, so use an old version if Airbattery fails to detect your Airpods 1 or Airpods 2.

The battery status is displayed with an interval size of 10% (Full | 95% | 85% ...) because the devices only send their battery state with this accuracy. Also, the case of the AirPods misses a Bluetooth transmitter. Therefore, the battery level of the case is only displayed when at least one AirPod is inserted in the case.
The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interface. The API for Bluetooth LE only works with Location Permission, because the beacons for indoor navigation also uses Bluetooth LE.
